Chad W. Eisenback earned his undergraduate degree magna cum laude in Justice Administration from the University of Louisville and his Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law.
During law school, Chad was a member of the National Arbitration Team, president of the Labor and Employment Law Society, associate editor of the Journal of Animal & Environmental Law, and a Peggy Browning Fund Fellow. He also received the Major League Baseball Players’ Association’s Michael Weiner Scholarship for Labor Studies.
Chad advocates for current and former employees across employment law. His commitment to workers’ rights reflects his upbringing in a union household in Louisville and his own experience working in retail, food service, delivery, labor, and manufacturing while helping support his family and education.
He devotes his career to representing individuals under employment statutes including Title VII, the ADA, FMLA, FLSA, NLRA, and related state laws.
