We collect information you choose to provide through the contact and case-review forms, including contact details, employer information, and your description of a workplace concern. We also process limited technical data needed for security, rate limiting, and site operation. The security identifier is generated as a one-way fingerprint; the public forms do not store a raw IP address for this purpose.

Ask Atlas does not require account registration. If you affirmatively opt into quality logging, the question and answer may be retained temporarily. Otherwise, the firm does not create a quality-review log of the conversation.

Prospective-client information is used to receive the inquiry, conduct intake and conflict review, decide whether the firm may offer representation, communicate with you, protect the site, and meet professional or legal obligations. Submission does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Atlas Law Center does not sell prospective-client information. Information may be handled by service providers supporting hosting, security, communications, and firm operations, subject to appropriate controls, or disclosed when required by law or professional obligations.

The site uses access controls, abuse prevention, bounded retention periods, and administrative deletion tools. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, medical records, or documents through a public form.

You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting the firm. A request may be limited by conflict-checking duties, record-preservation obligations, legal holds, or other professional requirements. See the Data Retention Notice for the website's default periods.
