Professional profile
Kaylynn Kattiyaman joined Atlas Law Center in 2025. She represents individuals in matters involving the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Credit Repair Organizations Act, and related state and federal consumer-protection statutes.
Kaylynn earned her Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law and her undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign. Her legal background includes consumer protection, intellectual property, legal research, and advocacy.
During law school, Kaylynn served on the Executive Board of DePaul Law’s Appellate Moot Court Society, received the Best Appellant Brief award at the 2024 Anderson Seventh Circuit Moot Court Competition, served on the DePaul Law Review, and was Vice President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.
Her experience includes an externship at Saper Law through DePaul’s Technology and Intellectual Property Clinic, a legal-research internship at Dykema, and a legal internship at Curington Law, LLC. She applies a detail-oriented, practical approach to complex consumer matters.
