Matthew Marlowe joined Atlas Law Center in August 2026, where he represents clients in employment-protection matters. His practice focuses on helping workers and individuals stand up for their rights after unfair treatment by an employer, business, or other organization.
Matthew began his legal career at Legal Aid of North Carolina, representing low-income and indigent tenants facing eviction in Guilford and Rowan Counties. He also worked with the UNC Innocence Project.
He later moved into plaintiffs’ civil litigation, representing workers in Fair Labor Standards Act collective actions and Rule 23 class actions against large corporate employers to recover unpaid wages and overtime.
