Professional profile

Peyton Paschke’s commitment to workers’ rights grew from her personal and professional experience. A Chicagoland native, she entered the workforce at age 15 and worked in a variety of service-industry roles, where she saw the workplace injustices that can confront employees.

While attending the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law, Peyton joined the Atlas Employment Law Division as a clerk. Her official profile states that she helped hundreds of clients with discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims involving protected characteristics including race, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, and disability.

Peyton also performed pro bono work assisting low-income Kentucky workers with wage-and-hour disputes. During her final year of law school, she studied European Labour Law at the University of Luxembourg Faculty of Law and interned with IBEW Local 369 in Louisville, assisting union members with grievances.

She now serves on the Employment Litigation Team and brings that employee-centered background to her work for Atlas clients.
