Care First. Justice Always.(630) 394-6350

How we work

Care in the process. Discipline in the work.

A clear view of what happens from the first conversation through a written engagement decision.

Listen first

The intake team starts with what happened, what changed, and what you need now. Submitting information does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Review the record

If the matter proceeds to attorney review, the firm evaluates the available timeline, documents, legal issues, jurisdiction, and deadlines.

Choose the path

The next step may involve an agency charge, negotiation, litigation, a referral, or a clear explanation that the firm cannot accept the matter.

Put the agreement in writing

Representation begins only after conflicts are cleared and both the client and firm sign a written engagement agreement defining scope and fees.

Fees depend on the engagement

Many employment matters may be considered for contingency representation, while other work may use different arrangements. The written engagement agreement controls. There is no fee for submitting the case-review form or speaking with the intake team.

Your consultation is free. Your deadline is not.

Employment claims carry strict filing deadlines. Talk to an attorney while every option is still open.
